NEW and RARE. A single vineyard cuvée of old vine Riesling from Stefanie and Fabian.
From an old parcel planted in 1964 on poor shell limestone, overlooking the Neckar river. Whole cluster basket press, spontaneous fermentation, followed by an 18 months élevage in neutral puncheon and 1/2 puncheon, on the lees, without racking.
